Why do you claim that the system is wireless, but the camera still needs to be connected to a power source?

The term “wireless” means signal transmission without video cables, but the cameras still need a power source.

One of the cameras suddenly stopped working

Check if the infrared light is active at night. If so, follow the video at youtube.com/watch?v=DhMqSmuSgBs to re-pair the camera with the monitor for viewing. If not, try using another camera’s charger to power it on.

Why can’t I view the camera on both the monitor and my phone simultaneously?

It could be due to adding cameras by scanning QR code stickers on the casings. First, delete all added cameras in the app. Then, on the monitor, click ‘Fast Network’ to reveal the Cloud ID QR code. In the app, scan the monitor’s QR code to add them.

What is the length of the camera’s power cord? I would like to extend it.

How to set the camera to record 24 hours?
